A: You can make a hospital appointment through the Request a Consultation button at the bottom of the hospital detail page. The hospital or AlcareSkin operations team will contact you directly afterward.

Q2. Can I reschedule after booking?
A: Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge, although it may be difficult to do so due to hospital or scheduling availability.

Q3. Do I need to pay immediately after my appointment?
A: The hospital consultation is free of charge, and you will be contacted by the hospital after confirming your appointment. Payment is arranged directly with the hospital.

Q1. Can I consult a doctor if I don't speak Korean?
A: Yes, different hospitals support different languages, including English, Vietnamese, and Chinese. You can select a hospital through the filter by language.

Q2. Do you charge for interpreter services?
A: Interpretation services are available for free or for a fee, depending on the hospital. Please check the details page to see if an interpreter is available.

Q3. What if I need an interpreter during my consultation?
A: When you request a consultation, please select your preferred language and we will match you with an available interpreter.

Q1. If I cancel my procedure appointment, will I get a refund?
A: It depends on the hospital and the type of procedure, and you should follow the refund policy you were informed of when you confirmed your appointment.

Q2. Can I get a partial refund?
A: Some refunds may be possible if it's pre-procedure, but after the procedure has begun, refunds may be difficult.

Q3. 알케어스킨을 통한 결제가 아닌 경우도 환불이 가능한가요?
A: If you paid directly with the hospital, the hospital's refund policy applies. Alkareskin does not support arbitration.
